Our On-site hours are 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday, with an On-Call service available for out of business hour breakdowns and urgent repairs.
Our Workshop is open for business from 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday for all commercial microwave & small commercial kitchen appliance repairs.
Excel Catering Repairs will schedule your service request and inform you of a date and time when our qualified technician will attend your business and service your appliance(s).

Service requests will incur a service call out charge, a labour charge for the hours our technicians works and where applicable a charge for parts replaced during the service.

In the event that we cannot complete the service request there and then, any subsequent visits to complete the service works will not incur any additional service call out charge.

Any parts used during the service will meet the manufacturer’s specifications.

Our workshop in Preston caters for smaller commercial kitchen appliances, including but not limited to Microwaves, Stick Blenders, Mixers, Sota Ovens etc…

Payment is generally required at the conclusion of the service call, unless the service request is under warranty or other payment arrangements are negotiated with Excel Catering Repairs.
